Mindfulness is defined as the practice of maintaining a nonjudgmental state of heightened or complete awareness of one’s thoughts, emotions, or experiences on a moment-to-moment basis. Join the BABC's Health and Wellness Committee to learn from Jennifer Dill, Esq., Managing Partner at Ferrante, Dill & Hisle, LLC and a 2018 Graduate of Mindfulness in the Law Teacher Training, Warrior One, how to train your mind to be more present and resilient to the difficulties that can be presented in any given moment.

Lawyers who practice mindfulness develop skills and a mindset that can help them be more effective lawyers, and perhaps even more importantly, help them improve not only their own well-being, but that of their clients, their colleagues, and the profession as a whole.

Admission is FREE for BABC members.  Non-members - $40*
