New Member Packet: $500

The BABC new member packet is mailed to all new members and includes your collateral! All marketing materials need to be sent to the BABC and must be a flat paper product that will fit in a two pocket folder. Three-dimensional products can be sent to the BABC and distributed to members that visit the office, but will not be included in the new member packet. A contact list of new members will be sent monthly.

BABC Mailing List: $250 (non-member), $200 (member)

The BABC mailing list is just that, a mailing list only. Emails and phone numbers are not included. The list is sent as an excel spreadsheet which consists of membership type, name, firm, & address. It is a one time use with an approval of what is being sent out by a BABC staff member.

  • Choice of 3 CLE’s put on by the BABC Standing or Substantive Law Committees (upon committee approval)

Managing Partners’ Luncheon: $800 (Exclusive to one sponsor)

The Managing Partners’ Luncheon usually occurs in July at a high end restaurant as a means to thank our supporting law firms. This event hosts 40
attorneys from Baltimore City’s top law firms)

  • Display table outside dining room
  • Opportunity to put swag on each seat
  • Announcement of sponsorship by BABC President at the commencement of the event
  • “Sponsored by” line on the invitation
  • Marketing materials included in the BABC packet handed out upon guests departure

BABC End of Summer Members’ Reception: $900 (Two Sponsors only, if spots are not used by annual sponsors)

This reception is for BABC members only and usually held at the Clarence Mitchell Courthouse This event hosts 100-150 people

  • Opportunity to display company banner at sponsor table
  • Announcement of sponsorship by BABC President at the commencement of the event

BABC Crab Feast: $900 (Two Sponsors only, if spots are not used by annual sponsors)

Usually occurs in October at Bo Brooks restaurant. This event hosts 100 people

  • Announcement of sponsorship by BABC President at the commencement of the event

Past Presidents’ Luncheon: $1200 (Two Sponsors only, if spots are not used by annual sponsors)

The Past Presidents’ Luncheon is held annually at the Grand Hotel. This event hosts 200-240 people

BABC Holiday Party: $1000 (Two Sponsors only, if spots are not used by annual sponsors)

BABC’s Annual Holiday Party is held annually in December at the Lord Baltimore Hotel. This event hosts 125-150 people

Supreme Court Admissions Trip (November 7, 2023)

Occurs every year depending on the court’s schedule. This bus trip take 12 attorneys and their guests to the Supreme Court in Washington, D.C. for admission to the court. It includes roundtrip bus fare to and from Washington, D.C., a full continental breakfast at the Supreme Court, and the opportunity to watch oral arguments after the induction. We are looking for sponsors for the bus and a memorable gift we select for the attorneys.

Bus Sponsor: $500

  • Opportunity to distribute collateral and giveaways on every seat of the bus
  • Opportunity for one (1) representative to spend the day with attendees and to mix and mingle on a personal level
  • Sponsor will be formally thanked as bus sponsor on the trip to and from DC
  • Opportunity to provide snack bag for the trip home

Supreme Court Gift Sponsor: $200

  • Sponsor will have collateral and a specialized note from the sponsor in the gift bag with the Supreme Court Gift that will be distributed to the attorneys
  • Sponsor may provide their bag with company logo design on it if desired

New York City Bus Trip

This bus trip usually occurs at the beginning of December and taks 50 attorneys and their guests to the heart of Midtown Manhattan for a day of their choice. The bus leaves at 8:00 a.m. and returns at 11:00 p.m. the same day. Participants are on their own to have a day of shopping, sightseeing, theatre and dining. The four hour bus ride there and back provides a unique opportunity for sponsors to intermingle with the attendees. A continental breakfast is provided before the bus ride, games and snacks are provided along the way, and a wind down “reception” is provided for the return ride. We are looking for sponsors for the bus, continental breakfast and a “reception” sponsor.

Continental Breakfast Sponsor: Cost of food and beverage

  • Display table with the opportunity to distribute collateral and giveaways
  • Sponsor will provide coffee and continental breakfast for attendees prior to riding the bus
  • Sponsor will be formally thanked as bus sponsor on the trip to New York City

Bus Sponsor: $500

  • Opportunity to distribute collateral and giveaways on every seat of the bus
  • Opportunity for one (1) representative to spend the day in New York City
  • Sponsor will be formally thanked as bus sponsor on the trip to and from New York City
  • Opportunity to host fun and games on the trip to New York City

Return “Reception” Sponsor: $500

  • Opportunity to distribute collateral and giveaways on every seat of the bus
  • Sponsor will be formally thanked as bus sponsor on the return trip from New York City
  • Sponsor will be Master of Ceremonies for the return trip
  • Snacks and beverages will be served as compliments of the sponsor
