The Bar Association of Baltimore City's Young Lawyers' Division is looking for practicing attorneys, licensed in Maryland, to assist clients for its Pro Bono Small Business Clinic at William Pinderhughes Elementary/Middle School, 701 Gold Street, Baltimore, MD 21217, on Saturday, May 19, 2018 from 8:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m. The day will consist or morning seminars from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. and an afternoon pro bono legal clinic from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Attorneys will be paired up with small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs to provide advice on legal topics related to owning and operating a small business, including: Business/Entity Formation, Entity Registration, Commercial Leasing, Employee Relations/Benefits, Taxation, Commercial Liability and Business Planning. Online training seminar will be available to newer attorneys or those looking to bone up on these areas of law.
